How long does it take to activate my merchant account?

Once we receive all required documents and KYC information, most accounts are activated within 24–48 hours.

How do I know if my business is considered high-risk?

If you’ve been rejected by Stripe, PayPal, or Square — or if your industry has elevated chargeback rates — MOBOPAY specializes in supporting you. Contact us to confirm your eligibility.

What if I lose internet during a sale?

Most of our terminals include offline mode or fallback options. Check your device manual or contact support to ensure it’s enabled.

How do I cancel or pause my merchant account?

Email support@mobopay.ca with your MID and cancellation request. We’ll guide you through final billing, equipment return (if applicable), and account closure.
