Frequently asked questions about merchant services, payment processing.
The only setup fees we would charge would be third party vendor fees passed directly to you if applicable, and or any software or custom API/SDK fees passed directly to you at cost.
Otherwise we do not have any setup fees setting your business up for a merchant services account!
Some fees may also not be applicable to your business type.
If we aren’t earning your business month after month, then why should you be penalized for leaving?
All merchant accounts have a 3-4 year contract. please feel free to see our contract in full prior to setting up a merchant account for true transparency.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
This is another red flag. If you have a bad month, some merchants will charge you for it. We think that’s ridiculous, considering they earn money for every transaction — meaning they earn more on your good months.
It should be a partnership, not a relationship where the merchant service provider beats you while you’re down.
During the setup with your merchant services adviser we will ask you all the right questions to ensure underwriting understands your business growth so you have zero delay’s in funding, but otherwise the short answer is NO.
Chargebacks are the PAIN in merchants’ backs, and reputable MSPs like MOBOPAY offer your business chargeback assistant to help fight back against fraud and customer chargebacks. We have a portal that will show you charge backs so you don’t have to wait for that letter in the mail too…
Just because you have PCI-compliant software doesn’t mean you’re PCI compliant.
PCI compliance is its whole little world, and some merchant services providers leave it all up to you while others proactively equip you with the best resources and software.
Partnering with SecureTrust helps you better serve our merchants—and foster customer loyalty—by offering products and services that take the pain out of data security and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
Nothing is worse than have an outage during a rush and your MSP not being there to help. 24/7 technical support is the only way to go and your in luck because we pride our self in working harder and your a human being not a ticket.
For all approved ethical business types, we charge Interchange plus 0.09%, for all other business types that fall into different risk categories the rates are based on many factors associated with your business structure type. Fear none – no need to worry as we specialize in HIGH-RISK payment processing.
in some cases we offer a free gift card program, setup and free gift cards to get your gift card program up and running. All you need to do is just pay the monthly fees associated with the gift card account.
No problem, because your business in important to us, we will pay out current contract cancelation and penalty fees to switch you over. Some restriction’s may apply.
All over our merchant accounts come setup for next business banking day deposits except on weekend.
No! You can use your present bank account, supported by your financial institution or credit union. Sole proprietors can use a personal bank account. Incorporated business and partnerships are required to use a business bank account.
Law firms and other businesses that require separate trust and operating bank accounts can setup the deposits and fees to 2 bank accounts.
